Yoga instructor: PETER WILDMAN in collaboration with JOHN JOANNOU – an independant travel consultant & specialist in group travel arrangements of ‘Hello Earth bespoke & group travel’ (Travel Trust Association member no. Q404X).

Prospective dates would be either: 04-11 October or 11-18 October 2017 and would include a seven night stay in a four bedroom villa (all en suites).
PRICE:     £335 per person (based on a twin/double room share) including five/six morning Yoga sessions, plus airport transfers and EXCLUDES: flight & transportation to Alicante and meals

There would be an additional ‘refundable damage deposit’ of £45 per person to be paid with your balance.

Note:  The ‘damage deposit’ will be refunded to you on our return back to the UK and once the owners are satisfied no damage/breakages have occurred.

We would require a £60 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

Price would include:-

• 7 nights stay in a private villa (four bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms) and offers self-catering
• 5 mornings of pre-breakfast yoga (a 6^th session would be possible if your flight departs comfortably in the afternoon of the final day), plus possibility of evening meditation sessions (if possible within surroundings and desired by the group).

• Return airport transfers from Alicante or Valencia airport (in tandem with the main group and so a supplement / extra cost may apply if your arrival is outside the main group arrival)

NOT included:-

• Flight, train or own transportation to Alicante or Valencia
• Meals – breakfast, lunch or dinner (a communal shop could be agreed for provisions)
• Room supplement for ‘sole occupancy’ – £254. This is limited to one room.
• Travel insurance

Spacious, luxury villa near beach, Javea with 12m Pool and panoramic sea views

Set in 1/3 acre plot with fantastic panoramic sea and mountain views this spacious, secluded, traditional Spanish villa offers tranquil days and stunning views with all the comforts of home.

The villa has been recently renovated and has 4 generous bedrooms sleeping 10+ with 4 en-suite bathrooms. It boasts a large kitchen, dining room and huge living room with seating for 12+ and a large Naya with spectacular sea and mountain views. A private 12m x 6m South and East facing swimming pool, Air Conditioning/Heating, BBQ and Wifi.

This wonderful 4 bedroom villa is situated in a quiet, exclusive, residential area only 3km from the beautiful, sandy Arenal beach, which is abundant with shops, restaurants, sports and leisure facilities. A mere 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk away.

All bedrooms have French doors leading onto one of the terraces. All bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms and will be newly refurbished for 2016 with large, modern showers.

The villa stands in its own grounds of around a third of an acre, with lawns and terraced gardens on all sides and 3 patios/terraces. The pool area and terraces are secluded and are not overlooked and afford maximum privacy. There is a large covered Naya (outdoor terrace which is ideal for dining al fresco or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views, the perfect place to watch the sun rise. The villa boasts a large, private 12m x 6m south and east facing swimming pool that enjoys the sun for most of the day. There are 10 sun loungers on the pool terrace. The south terrace has sea and mountain views while the West terrace backs onto woodland and has a BBQ.

The large Kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven/cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all crockery and utensils and a large pantry for all you groceries. The separate Dining room has a table for eight with extra chairs available.

The villa itself is one level with an impressive set of stairs down to the pool.

The location and amenities of this family villa make it a home from home and an ideal environment for a fantastic holiday.

LOCATION

Coast/Beach:

The beautiful, blue flag Arenal beach is only 3 mins drive. The bay has golden sand and gently slopes into the crystal clear water, safe for children. There are also sun beds, parasols, showers and climbing/play frames. For the more energetic there is windsurfing, sailing, boat hire/trips, pedalos, scuba diving, water skiing, cycling, snorkelling, tennis and jet ski. A short drive away, there are other beaches at La Barraca (stony), Granadella (stony), The Port (stony), and Ambola (naturist).

Distances:

Within Javea the main Arenal beach is 3km (3 min drive/ 25 min walk) and “The Port” area is 5km (5 min drive).

Further Details:

Javea is a wonderful place to explore. There are 3 distinct areas. The “Arenal”, the wide sandy bay, flanked by numerous restaurants, bars and shops. In the evening, the promenade comes alive and is lined the various stalls selling handmade crafts (ideal for those presents to take home). The “Port”, where the fishermen still dock, to sell at the fish market. There is a more Spanish feel to the front here, again with many bars, restaurants and shops. The historic “Old Town”, full of culture, narrow cobbled street, local “tapas” and “paella”.

Excursions nearby (all approx. 30 mins drive) include:

Mundomar Marine Park, Aqualandia Water Park,

Terra Natura Wildlife Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park,

Safari Park, Caves, Waterfalls (the Fonts d’Agar).

The Jalon and Montgo countryside is breathtaking.

At Valencia there is a great Science Museum and Oceanographic center (marine).

Benidorm has the beaches, shops, restaurants, bars and the “kiss me quick” atmosphere and is a wonderful experience if you have not been there.

Denia beach and harbour (20/30 mins drive) can get you to Ibiza and Majorca by ferry.

Travel information

Closest airports are ALICANTE and VALENCIA (1 hour -1 hour 15 minutes)
NOTE on choice of airport:  For transfer reasons – it would be ideal for most (if not everyone) to arrive/depart on same flights, unless you have specific preferences.
